RESISTANCE TRAINING
|
Helping you
understand what exercise is really all about, what
you can do about it, and how it can benefit you. |
Our Resistance Training
program goes beyond traditional
exercise with the RenEx (TM)
protocol. With this protocol you can transform your body in 15-20
minutes once a week. Once a week is actually a requirement for the
production of BEST Results. Your body needs recovery time after such an
intense workout in order to build new muscle. You can continue your
recreation and sports in addition to this exercise.
Worried about Injury?
Resistance Training is safe for all ages, especially the elderly. The RenEx
protocol was originally designed for a research project on
osteoporosis. So the elderly have more to gain from Resistance
Training than anyone. The risk for injury comes from excess
force not exertion. Resistance Training keeps forces at very low
levels.
Get Rid of Excess Body Fat.
As you gain muscle, you create fat-loss. And LADIES we are NOT
talking bulk here. Due to a certain gene in the body, the average person will
never become bulky no matter how hard they try. Resistance Training utilizes your
muscles to burn the fat and sculpture your body.

TESTIMONIES for ETTA/
Resistance Training
"A year ago I couldn't get off the floor by myself - Now I CAN!" "Hi. I'm Jane Mintz. I'm 82 years old and because of ETTA my days are more
joyful. My pain is less over my entire body and I'm walking with a cane
(when I don't forget it!) instead of a walker. I am more motivated to
socialize now and my doctor thinks I'm the greatest because I now can HIKE with
him! Thank you Richard and Barbara for your contribution to my health and
well being!"
Sam Beck
"When I first heard about this exercise I had been sick and had lost my
muscle tone to the point that I felt I could blow away in a stiff wind.
I decided to try extreme exercise for a month and was very surprised at
the way I began to see results. I am now two (2) years into the
program and have been stronger than I've been in the last 30 years.
I wouldn't have believed how good I could feel".
Joyce M. Jacques
"I have been an active member of ETTA since January 2014 and it's by far
a great exercise program for me. My strength has increased at
least 40% and I'm hoping to increase to over 70% within the next few
months. I personally have found an advantage in my overall
strength since joining. I recommend this program especially if you
want to actually keep your body in shape".
A. Beth Love
"Menopause was a b.... !! I was a big woman with great muscle
tone. Two years into menopause I had not gained one pound, but I
had gained 2 sizes in clothing and felt my strength waning more and
more. I tried walking more 3-5 miles 2-3 times a week and the
longer distance made my knees ache and I still didn't get the results
for my muscles that I used to before menopause. I tried hormone
replacement to try and stop the muscle deterioration and it failed also.
Finally, I heard about "slow burn" weight lifting being discussed by Dr.
Doug McGuff. He explained how on a cellular level "slow burn"
weight lifting "grew" muscles and how important it was to rest 7-10 days
between workouts to allow the muscles to heal and grow. I was
convinced. Two (2) years later, I am happy to say that I am
content with my strength level. I no longer feel that my muscles
are at risk, instead I feel more confident as I move thru this stage of
my life".
Reba Beck
"I had to stop extreme exercise for several months as I dealt with a bad
case of shingles. I resumed cautiously about two (2) months ago.
I had lost about 12-15 pounds during that time and I felt very weak.
I strongly believe these sessions have enabled me to regain strength and
vitality as I have regained muscle tone. I have noticed that
muscular and joint discomfort I experienced after first beginning these
sessions is no longer evident".
Linda K. Mills
"I have completed four sessions to date and I already feel like I am
making good progress. Even though you feel the burn after each
session, it is a good burn letting you know you are strengthening your
muscular structure. I really enjoy the one on one training as you
know the exercise is being monitored and performed properly for best
results. I am looking forward to future sessions to see positive
results I will achieve. The other aspect of ETTA is the 20 minute
commitment once per week which works well with my schedule. All
good things". |
